Alpine Ethos — Attraction in Albertville

The chalet was well located close to ski lift to the slopes, and the chefs / chalet hosts Rodrigo and Micaela were outstanding, as were the drivers . However, communication from the top level was poor , there was little effort made with the guests beyond meet / greet and organising luggage storage at the end for some on the final day in what is a very cramped chalet was chaotic . The room we were in also smelled badly and we had to use air freshener all the time . Other than that it was a good value and above all great ski...

Had a week here in half-term. The chalet had most of what we needed although a way to cast the support to the TV would have been good. Some of the rooms were a little tight on space and the dining area was cramped at meal times but that isn't unusual. Staff were brilliant and prepared an adventurous menu quite different from most other places...

We had a great stay at Chalet Panda, we were lucky in picking the perfect week for the weather, so had an amazing week skiing. Our hosts Jan and Janna were wonderful, making delicious food, giving us local tips and providing all round great service!...
