Domaine FL — Attraction in Angers

We booked tickets via TripAdvisor relatively last minute as we were passing through the area. We didn't see a message which asked for us to arrive at 2pm and so were early but they took this is their stride and happily took my husband and I (and our two children) around the Vineyard, teaching us about the wine making progress. Our guide spoke impressive English, despite her apologising for it and she was both welcoming and informative. She selected wines for our tasting that she thought we might like based on information we shared and we were delighted to purchase several bottles to take home. A very well-organized winery tour with a knowledgeable guide who took us through the different stages of wine production. The visit ended with a tasting of five wines — four whites with varying levels of dryness and one red. The atmosphere was pleasant, cozy, and welcoming, making us feel almost at home.
