Staff were really good and efficient. Started quickly. Get there maybe 15mins before. Husband dropped us off with bikes as it’s all downhill back to menthon but there is parking (paid and I saw a parking officer doing tickets) also free bus I think up. Take water bottles as you can leave it at the central starting point for all courses. I wish I had done as needed a drink in between each course. You can also leave you back with them in the cabin without cost. I’ve done go-apes in the UK and this was similar but done in a different way. We did the Grand Park so you do 4 different level courses that all start from the same spot when doing. They get progressively harder. The first two were fine but still high enough in parts. The red had the Tarzan swing which I missed out as I’ve got a back niggle - you could effectively go off to one side and do a couple of slide across platforms to avoid. The red and black go super high - way higher than go ape. Quite a few slide across ones which were fun. At the beginning of the black is a climbing net onto a climbing wall. Son did this and I went up the alternative steps. Rest of black I think was fine and no harder than...

We had an amazing time! Not only were the staff super helpful, friendly, and welcoming- they truly went above and beyond. We loved the views over Annecy from the ropes course, and wanted to spend more time there! The Grand Course was the perfect length to push us without complete physical exhaustion. At the end of the day we had planned on taking an Uber home, but had complications. We began to walk down the mountain, when our savior volunteered to drive us back to town. This worker, whose name we forgot to ask, was so kind as to take us and was incredibly friendly and we loved the time with him just as much as our journey in the mountain! This is a must see Ropes-Course, and the people are simply amazing. Worth...

Various routes for different levels and lengths. They use an easy but safe system with the carabiner too, even my 6 y/o daughter understood how everything worked! They also have a playground for the smaller climbers. Great instruction and very helpful staff, lots of people there to help! The parcour offers the most beautiful view of lake Annecy which was the biggest plus. Only downside is the parking but I’ll post an other review for that so that this company gets all the stars it deserves!

The park is quite big, and you can choose from several routes with different difficulty levels. It’s very well organized, with attentive guides and good safety measures in place. The trails are mostly shaded, so it was comfortable to walk even on a really hot day. One of the highlights was the adorable rescue dog that’s part of the team—he’s super friendly and happy to play with every visitor! There’s plenty of parking available, though it’s not free (the fee is small, though).
