Domaine de Tara — Attraction in Apt

Wonderful vineyard! My partner and I dropped in for a wine tasting without an appointment on a Friday afternoon. We were helped by Ralph, who was super knowledgeable, kind, and multi-talented (if you're lucky and not in a rush, you may get a chance to witness one of his talents!). Literally the only place open on a Sunday afternoon/early evening in the entirety of Provence that was selling wine—so, not only a lifesaver, but also they make pretty wonderful wine! It was some of the best we tried while we were in the region: the white, the red and the sparkling.

Excellent wine, altough our wine tasting experience was a bit disappointing. We did not get to tour the cellars or have a glass of wine on a patio looking over their beautiful domain.
