Parc Pierre Lagravère — Attraction in Arrondissement of Nanterre

A pleasant park, with large grass area for picnics and jumpers for goalposts football matches 😁 Two play areas for children, the one at the top is very big and we'll thought out with lots to do a d enough shade on hotter days. The one at the bottom is much more basic and basically in direct sunshine with little shade to be found.

Sun loungers along the river and misting area to cool off are welcome, but the loungers get taken quickly.

Great path by the Seine for running or cycling, gets busy so walking with younger children requires a lot of attention from parents and children alike😁

Water fountains are too high for small children to drink from and water bottles are pricey from the drink shack (1€50 for a 33cl bottle of cristalline water). Ice creams are generously served (3€ for a small cone is probably enough for anyone the 5€ big cone must be massive).
