The pitch at Château Haut Pezaud is run by the young and passionate winemaker Aurélie Pécher, who just a year ago bought back her grandparents’ former vineyard. During the day, she’s busy working in the vineyards or the wine cellar, and every evening at 6 p.m., she hosts a tasting session with her guests. With great enthusiasm, she shares stories about her wines and her vision for the future of the estate.

One of the best France passion site we have come across the owner was very helpful and produces some excellent wines, the pitches are great with electricity available at a small cost, there are water and toilet disposal facilities, along with a clean toilet and shower, they also provide WiFi.The local bakery calls in a morning offering there fresh bread and pastries, thank you for your hospitality and wine tasting session, we came away with several bottles. C'est grâce à l'espace campingcar, que nous avons découvert ce lieu. Aux pieds des vignes, avec un superb couché de soleil. Nous avons eu un merveilleux accueil, et de très bonnes explications sur les différents vins proposés le soir de notre arrivée. Nous sommes ressortis avec un tout autre regard sur le métier de vigneron et un profond respect pour ce métier. Un grand bravo à Christine pour son parcours et l'excellence de son vin. Le vin est encore plus apprécié, et le prix mieux compris lorsque l'on prend conscience du dur labeur que cela représente. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à voir l'architecture d'un château proprement dit, qu'importe lorsque nous avons en face de nous une personne pationnée produisant de la qualité.
