Fred is a lovely person, a very technical and knowledgable ski instructor. Over the years he has taught my 70 year old beginner Mum, my boys and me. He has helped me gain confidence and improve my bad habits. For my Mum, Fred was the most patient, kind person, he went above and beyond to give her a positive ski experience. He makes the experience fun for my sons whilst making sure they leave the lesson with pointers to improve. For me he has tailored his approach over the years, to start with what I needed to gain confidence, kind and supportive, then more challenging to help me practice so I can start to over come my fear, and then advice to correct the bad habits I had collect over years as someone who learnt later in life and joined a ski family :-) . We had a great time! Our group consisted of people with various levels of previous canyoning and fitness levels but Fred, our guide found the perfect way to guide everyone down the canyon.

It was a very busy day, with several groups ahead and behind us, but we all had a great time.

I have done several canyoning trips in different countries, but this parcours was definitively worth it. Technically not too challenging but a great variety of obstacles and interesting slides.

I would highly recommend Fred. I had never skied before and was extremely nervous. Thanks to Fred's patience and excellent teaching skills, at the end of my lessons I was feeling more confident and able to go down Blue slopes. My 15 year old daughter was going down Blue Slopes after one lesson with Fred and even tackled red slops on the holiday.
