They charged me months ahead of time for a concert that was then cancelled 2 days beforehand without explanation. Then they spent the next 4 months avoiding refunding me. I lost track of how many emails were exchanged trying to follow their convoluted refund process, and they always needed something more from me or had some reason they couldn’t process it. I was also always met with a poor attitude and total lack of interest from the people I was dealing with. When they finally sent my money back, they sent it via a wire transfer with a fee that cost the same amount as the original ticket itself. So after 4 months of headaches, I got $0.82 back and now they refuse to “help” me further. They had the nerve to have an attitude with me when I sent them the receipts and asked why they would send it that way. I would never ever trust these people with my information, money or time ever again. This is the most unprofessional and indefensible situation I’ve ever dealt with. They should be embarrassed by their failure, but they’re not. And that says everything you...

This is a great little place, if your from the UK and live visiting a National Trust or English Heritage sites then this is a place for you.

It’s only 30mins from the euro shuttle and ferry at Calais. So if you have time and want the kids to stretch their legs, this is again the place to visit,

Luckily when we arrived the had a performance on in the gardens, which was a wonderful experience for our kids, the calligraphy and singing was great to watch,

We had a round around the gardens and enjoyed every part of it, and as it was a Sunday (all shops are closed) we had some lite bites/food before we settled off for the euro shuttle.

The castle/Chateau was closed for the public as they are going through some construction work, but the gardens were open to explore.

Like I said, highly recommended visiting...

Beautiful castle and garden. Interior is not so fascinating as exterior. But for 3 euro it is ok to get in. Tickets have entry time. They control how many people is in (and it is good), but you may need to wait a bit. We walked through the garden and it is amazing.

You need a separate ticket for exposition. The woman on the pay desk has not told me. I just asked for 2 adult tickets. When i was told this at the exposition entrance, i was lazy to go back to buy tickets again.

Not wheelchair friendly. You may be able to walk through the garden, but no way to get...

A lovely little castle filled with beautiful things and an interesting history! Sadly, most of the information in the castle was in French and (our fault!) we aren't fluent enough to understand it all, but we very much enjoyed looking around. There was a bit of an English feel to it, which is not surprising, as the original owner appears to have been English, but it was also beautifully French too! It's well maintained and the grounds are lovely. There's a nice little gift shop and lots of parking. There are some lovely walks nearby. Highly recommended for a nice day out!
