They charged me months ahead of time for a concert that was then cancelled 2 days beforehand without explanation. Then they spent the next 4 months avoiding refunding me. I lost track of how many emails were exchanged trying to follow their convoluted refund process, and they always needed something more from me or had some reason they couldn’t process it. I was also always met with a poor attitude and total lack of interest from the people I was dealing with. When they finally sent my money back, they sent it via a wire transfer with a fee that cost the same amount as the original ticket itself.
