Prefectural Museum of Bresse-Domain Planon — Attraction in Bourg-en-Bresse

A nice day trip from geneva to be told about the country life of the farmers in Bresse breeding their famous chickens. The museum is located in the country site and has a large old farmhouse and supporting buildings from the 16th age. The competent guide highlights and comments upon the historical architectural construction elements that were used. Such as the large open air chimney, the large wooden beams, and the way the walls were constructed in the past. Un lieu magnifique ! Visité ce jour pour la chasse aux œufs. Un moment en famille et entre amis avec beaucoup de rigolades. Les petits chercheurs étaient tout excités. C'etait très bien organisé. Le musée est simplement magique ! Les infrastructures sont toutes très belles, bien entretenues et avec beaucoup de charme. Le personnel est souriant et très gentil. Atelier créatif et ballade en calèche sont venus nous recréer. Deux hic à cette aventure : le prix des crêpes... 4€!! Mon compagnon est parisien et même dans la capitale elles ne sont pas aussi onéreuses. La récompense après tant de labeur pour les enfants... Un minuscule sachet de chocolat, une bouchée. Ils étaient déçus.
