Île Vierge lighthouse — Attraction in Brest

For not french speaking people: way overpriced. Boattrip is 18 Euro per Person for less than a 20 minute ride. During covid 19 times: would not do it again. Boat was filled to the last seat. Masks were worn, but distance was in no way kept. The port at the island is a building site at the moment. People were pretty lost when we got there because noone knew how to leave the building site at get to the green parts of the Island. We just had one hour at the island which is not enough time to enjoy the special scenary and climb the tower. Seems like they want to make even more money by making you come again. We booked a combo boat trip plus lighthouse ticket and we had roughly one hour on the island, which I'd say was somewhat too short given it was a nice sunny day and the whereabouts were stunning. I'd say it's not for those who are not up to walking😆 there's 300 something steps and no lift to go to the top! It's the tallest lighthouse in Europe. the tour guide speaks French.. so yeah... I dont understand anything😔.. even in the boat ride... no english😊 it's a nice view though and there's tables at the foot of the lighthouse so you can bring snacks and eat there... not sure how much was the boat ride and entrance as someone...
