Aire Camping-Car Park — Attraction in Caen

il peggior servizio mai ricevuto. appena arrivati all'area sosta camper, la macchinetta per entrare non funzionava (può capitare). ho dovuto chiamare il numero del supporto per farmi pagare il servizio ed entrare. il carico/scarico delle acque è fuori dall'area sosta camper (se esci e nel frattempo entra qualcun'altro e si mette al tuo posto, hai perso il posto) e ci vuole una tessera per usufruire dei servizi. ho dovuto chiamare il supporto per farmi emettere la Tessera dalla macchina e per poter uscire a svuotare/caricare le acque. il giorno dopo avevo bisogno di svuotare la cassetta del bagno chimico, ma la tessera non veniva letta e ho dovuto chiamare di nuovo il supporto. una volta abilitata la torretta per il lavaggio della cassetta, la pressione dell'acqua era così forte che schizzava acqua (sporca) ovunque. dopo tutta quest'esperienza mi sento di sconsigliare vivamente l'area sosta di Caen. non so giudicare le altre della catena, ma questa è veramente pessima.

the worst service I ever received. as soon as we arrived at the camper parking area, the machine to enter was not working (it can happen). I had to call the support number to pay for the service and get in. the water loading / unloading is outside the camper parking area (if you go out and in the meantime someone else comes in and takes your place, you have lost the place) and you need a card to use the services. I had to call the support to get the card issued by the machine at the entrance and to be able to go out and empty/fill the waters. the next day I needed to empty the chemical toilet cassette, but the card was not working and I had to call support again. once the cassette wash tap was enabled, the water pressure was so strong that it splashed (dirty) water everywhere. after all this experience I would strongly advise against the Caen rest area. I don't know how to judge the others in the chain, but this one...

As ever tidy large Aire. Great for large motorhomes over 8m no problems. All services electric water and waste outside main gate. Pleasant walk into Caen via footbridge. Memorial just behind, this you must visit. Bus service and cafes across the road behind hospital. Thanks again to this company for providing this facility. Only issue was gravel everywhere in motorhome when raining and the cars parked in the washout facility area outside the barrier. When I asked them not to park there they just locked there car and walked away even though there were signs not to park. Ignorance by...

Very pleasantly surprised with this Camping Car Park. It's location is excellent from my point of view. I wasn't aware that there was such a good parking location around Caen. The area is quiet and there is both a war memorial park and a garden park within easy walking distance. It is obviously a new Camping Car Park, but it was great to see everything clean and in perfect working order. I certainly hope to be using this location again...
