Caen Botanical Garden — Attraction in Caen

Gorgeous park, free entrance! There are a lot of spots where you can do a little picnic, or to sit and enjoy the peace. Incredible enough, at the heart there is a very big greehouse which contains tropical plants from different regions. It is divided in different sections and these sections are regulated independently in heat and humidity. (Make sure you can easily remove your jacket...you have been warned....). Free access to the park, (botanical) gardens and greenhouse with tropical and exotic plants. There is also a giant sequoia tree (near the botanical institute).
