My partner and I visited La Ferme aux Lavandes in early July and had a fantastic experience. The welcome we received at the shop was very warm and we thoroughly enjoyed the explanation we received - we were curious about the difference between lavender and lavandin, and they showed us two fields (one of each) so we were actually able to see the difference for ourselves! The shop is not too big, but that's not a problem because it carries everything you could need and the products we purchased were very high quality and well-priced. The lady working at the shop was one of the kindest people we met on our entire trip (which is really saying something because everyone in Provence is so kind!); we had a very nice chat with her and she was lovely.
The farm itself is beautiful - the lavender field was in perfect bloom and there are chairs all around which visitors are welcome to relax in. It's so nice to have that experience and very peaceful. There were also some rabbits, which were very cute and it was nice to see them! I would really love to come back...
