Well we have just come back from a weeks stay at the chateau des ormes staying with eurocamp we are a family of five 3 teenage boys the place its self is beautiful with so much for the children to do and it is all priced reasonably so good for us. The acommadation was ok, a little small and run down. Eurocamp I felt could of done more to make our stay a little more exciting as we didn't see any of the staff during the week we were there so had no idea on kids clubs ect . Would reccomend doing the treetops course and the zipwire so much fun children loved it . Entertainment was rubbish and started really late but one night we did stumble across a light display on the chateau which was superb but we would of missed this if we hadn't of heard the music and went to see where it was coming from not very well advertised .Down side my son's 100 pound trainers were stolen from the shoe rack at the swimming pool there are signs to say leave at your own risk but having read those everyone was leaving there shoes there as you couldn't get through to the lockers with your shoes on which was stupid when complaining I was told it happens all the time and there should of been a member of staff in the shoe area which there was not only on our last day did I see a member of staff in the shoe area. I made a formal complaint at the main reception with no acknowledgement from management at all very disappointing as I no of four shoe thefts the week I was there after speaking to other families you need to...

They could have at least put up a sign on the website or a phone recoding, or even a sign on a closed gate for...
