Great experience! Magical atmosphere inside the cave, it was like an adventure expedition... We were discovering new sculptures every second step, there might be 20-30 of them in total. The cave is quite big with corridors like a small labyrinth. Just be ready with a cap and gloves, we were frozen after 15 minutes so we went out of the cave, warmed up at the sun and then returned to do a second tour - and it was worth it, we discovered several sculptures we did not see during the first round. Read more2nd time we've visited this attraction and 2nd time we failed to wear appropriate clothing and footwear. In 2015, we handled it pretty well; this year not so well. Still alot of snow at the top of Les Deux Alpes and we had to negotiate walking through snow in sandals (me anyway), with two kids and avoiding skiers and snowboarders hurtling down at full speed. I do feel better provisions could be made for people just visiting the caves, we spent a lot of money getting up there on lift passes. On the plus side...
