Its a bloody long hike up a hill! Not for the faint of heart or disabled. At times too steep to push a wheelchair uphill with even 3 people pushing. The statues look like old Sovjet images of stalin or weird modern goblins. Not art but good intentions and sweat. The workmen make a lot of noise cutting and banging stone with large machines, right next to the rest area and food corner. You cant hear yourself think let alone speak. The noise is loud over the whole area of exhibition and hill, wearing on nerves. It would have been a nice place for a rural piknik, if not for the steep hill, noise and the 10 euros you have to pay for the very small parking lot. Plenty of room for campervans and disabled though. Just not for cars. Apart from the noise, great place to let your Kids run around and get tired for a good nights sleep. About as pleasant as a new york building site. Bretagne has a great deal to offer,...

You can park a motorhome in the carpark at the Vallée, and our little campsite is only five minutes away if you want to spend the night in a quiet field surrounded by chickens and sheep. The atmosphere of Central Brittany is magical and mystical and you might just bump into a Druid or a Korrigan in the oak forests which...
Read moreStunning statue park with a lovely gift shop, selling local Coreff beer, and other sundries. Parking may seem a little expensive at €6 [I am informed this has recently gone up to €15], but cheap if you consider the park is free, so money goes towards its maintenance and new sculptures!
I’ve read about stone carving workshops for families, which sounds lovely.
Great to visit, especially on sunny days, but less crowded on rainy days…
The pink granite statues are my favourites. Dogs are welcome if they are on the lead.
Friendly, helpful staff.
The nearby Chapel Saint-Gildas features a traditional beaten earth floor and is dog friendly, with...
