Station LPO Ile Grande — Attraction in Lannion

We were passing by, when we saw on the map this station. We gave it a chance and I'm so glad we did! Enter was free of charge that day, the employees were very nice. The visit was very remarkable and educative, not only for children, but for adults, too. I think visiting stations and places, like this station, are very important for everyone who wants to educate themselves about human impact on nature. In the store you can buy really not expensive gifts and souvenirs like bird or hedgehog house, books, cards, cups and so. We spent in the area of the station + the inside exposition...

Visited whilst staying nearby. A small museum there takes you through the life cycle of the shore line and the changing numbers of various sea birds. Opportunity to see a love camera located on a nearby island where there is a summer...

J'étais venue il y'a une quinzaine d'année avec l'école et c'est toujours aussi top, le personnel est incroyable, ils répondront à toutes vos questions, possibilité de voir les fou Bassens en direct avec une animatrice qui nous explique les comportement, rien à changer depuis ma première venue mais c'est suffisant. L'expo n'est pas impressionnante mais résume bien leurs activités. C'est avant tout une association engagée pour la protection des oiseaux plus qu'un musée.

Petit bémol sur la boutique qui pourrait être plus engagé (moins de made in bangladesh/china ou de plastique et plus de zero déchet et de local) quand on sait que ces articles (transport/déchets...) impactent la survie des oiseaux et des être...
