Der Strand Anse à Prunes ist ein echtes Juwel – ein atemberaubender Postkartenstrand, wie man ihn sich schöner kaum vorstellen kann. Feiner Sand, glasklares Wasser, Palmen am Rand und absolute Ruhe. Anders als am benachbarten Plage des Salines ist es hier oft nahezu menschenleer, was dem Ort eine ganz besondere, fast private Atmosphäre verleiht.

Der Weg dorthin ist einfach und führt direkt am Strand entlang von den Salines aus – ein kurzer Spaziergang, der sich definitiv lohnt. Mit jedem Schritt wird es ruhiger, entspannter und ursprünglicher. Keine Buden, keine Massen – nur Natur und Meeresrauschen.

Fazit: Wer den typischen Karibiktraum abseits des Trubels sucht, wird an der Anse à Prunes fündig. Ein stilles Paradies, perfekt für alle, die einfach mal abschalten wollen....

Wild beach, with nothing around, but totally worth it. The road leading to it is in pretty bad conditions so do brace yourself in case you're planning to go...
