Domaine Saint Nicolas — Attraction in Les Sables-d'Olonne

An amazing experience in such a beautiful vineyard. Sarah couldn't have been more helpful in giving us all the information about the wine, the grapes, harvesting, the facility. The wine is so incredible and easy to understand why some fantastic restaurants in Vendee region have chosen Domaine Saint Nicolas as their supplier. We tried both white and red and went with a selection of wines which we liked, but they are so diverse there's someone for everyone. An English tour, very rare in a French region and great for a non-Frenchspeaking group. A very competent guide and very knowledgeable about the wines and the process in making them.
