We were recommended this delightful authentic family run Chateau and we were so pleased to have visited Angludet. They’ve kept their character and authenticity which was started way back in the 1960’s and is still run by this incredible family today. Our tour was very flexible, professional and considerate meeting everyone of our parties needs. The guide and manager went out of their way so that all our needs were met, as there were three generations in our group! You definitely get the feeling that they are all here to constantly improve the environment and their progress with biodynamics was truly impressive and fascinating to hear. The Intern carrying out the tour and tasting was fantastic, however the manager that dealt with us needs a course on customer service.
Most expensive tasting experience on our visit to the region and unfortunately the worst value, they expected us to reuse the same glass for 4 samples, no tasting notes or white board for checking samples against.
Very amateur experience for a premium price.
Designated drivers be aware !! You get only €5 discount after a battle with them for not having the 4 samples ! So they value their samples at only €1.25 each yet try to charge €60+ a bottle!
Clearly run by Brits trying to cash in on the wine tourism.
Many lovely wineries in the area for half the price of this one with a far...

Then a brilliant tasting of the individual varietals that make up the wine, their characteristics, and the finished blend. Thanks Daisy and good luck with all of your...
