Confusing staff who can't be bothered including non-french tourists in their tours as its all in french. Ticket booth staff confused the hell out of us with the entry time, resulting us to wait 1.5h! Guide does a final call to gather the group in french, meaning if you didn't understand you'll be left behind. Our guide turned out to be able to explain something we missed in perfect english! But it only happened AFTER the tour when I asked him about something. We were given a pdf to explain the history of the cave, but it didn't contain the details they point out.

Read moreThe caves are very nice. Don't forget to bring a sweater or something warm for it is considerable colder in the caves.
Parking wise is my suggestion to do it near the restaurant. This leaves you still with a considerable steep walk, but the parking space near the entrance of the caves is a bit cramped; great spot to practise your parking skills.
The five rooms are impressive. Walking inside is mostly easy, but there are a few stairs inside and you've to bend a couple of times a bit.

They have some information in multiple languages, but that is very minimal compared to the actual tour, which is in French. Maybe it is time for a rewrite?
