This is nice mature garden having been created many years ago. There are a lot of plants and the idea of having the 'petals' of a plant and it's stem as the basis for the design is very pleasing as you wander around each separate area. Personally I felt that the roses were let down by a lack of pruning, subsequently there were not a lot of blooms on most of them. Read moreA lovely little garden, with paper guides in French and English. The tea room at the top of the garden serves a variety of teas, ice creams and freshly made scones. I highly recommend the rose iced tea, which was really refreshing.
Even at the start of Autumn, lots of the garden was still in bloom. It was great to see loads of bees and other wildlife enjoying the flowers. The two cats are also pretty friendly.
