Située sur le sentier des douaniers, promenade agréable à faire en famille. Départ de la plage de trestraou, remonter la pente à côté de l'école de voile et 150m plus haut s'engager au niveau du virage sur le sentier. Prévoir 1h30 pour aller jusqu'à Ploumanach environ. Sentier très bien...
