Great parc, horrible service. First of all: the parc is absolutely great. Our 4 year old loved it, the scenery is amazing. So why did we walk out with frustration and anger? We were eating in the restaurant and had to clean the diaper of our 1 year old. The toilet with childcare possibilities was closed, my wife waited for 15 minutes. No one came out, it seemed that no one was in there. So we asked the staff. The guy at the service desk refused to open the toilet, and told us to go change the diaper in our car at the parking lot(!). We refused, and went to clean our baby in the restaurant at the table next to ours. At that moment a waitress came at us to ask why we didn’t pay. That’s beyond all manners, it felt like we were some kind of criminals.

So, the park is great, but the actions of 2 employees spoiled the...

So we have returned a few years later and had an excellent time. A little more expensive than our first visits but, there has been an expansion with a new attraction so we felt it was justified. It's beautifully laid out with suitable habitat, is educational and there's even a net you can walk on above the crocodiles!!! The fauna is spectacular, never judge a book by its cover and there are a wide variety of interesting plants to compliment the more obvious attractions!

We've eaten here a few times and always enjoyed the meal and delicious ice cream.

You need about 3 hours I would say if you use the restaurant and watch the various feedings. Really enjoy our time here and we will no doubt return in the future.

A great way to spend a half day. Highly...

We visited with our two grandchildren (7 and 9 years old) on Bastille day and it was not as busy as we thought it would be.

The kids loved to see the reptiles, especially watching the crocodiles moving around in the enclosures. At one stage in the tour the more adventurous can walk high above the crocodile enclosures, supported by nets. A big favourite with our grandkids.

As well as the animals there are exotic plants to see too. Coconut and mango trees and ginger plants among them.

The "Spectacle" is worth going to, even if you do not speak French. It is very well presented and fairly easy to grasp the gist of the story. The kids loved it. They told us it was a bit scary but worth it.

Over all I would recommend visiting...

Fantastic day out witht the girls. It is a very well kept place. The crocodiles, alligators, turtles and snakes look well fed and well looked after. The walk on the high net is fantastic! You look down to the crocodiles as is very safe. The restaurant was very nice. We all enjoyed our food. And desserts. The interactive dragon walk was really really good. We didn't ask, but maybe as our French is not perfect we couldn't follow every word(Nancy did) an English version would have helped. And finally the price is reasonable when you see how well kept everything is and the interactive dragon. Overall a fantastic day out 👍👍👍👍👍
