Chateau Beaubois — Attraction in Nîmes

It was adorable experience with visit and tasting.

Beautiful place, very welcoming and friendly personnel, and their wine changed my experience about Costières de Nimes.

All the wine I’ve tasted was elegant, with strong influence of the sea air, with its minerality and saltiness, with rather soft and balanced aromas and taste, and delicious fresh after-taste. In spite of the traditional wines of the south of Rhone Valley, Château Beaubois wines are delicate, not agressif or loud, as it often the case. I’m now a fan of “Elegance” and “Denim” lines, as well as more elaborated parcellar-chosen cuvées with oak aging. Really, worth of visiting and discovering. Very nice experience, worths te visit, you can pay the guided tour around the property (5 euro - jun 23) and they show you the grapes and the tanks where they are storaged after extraction, explaining the different parts of the production process.
