Domaine de Montcalm - Vignobles Jeanjacques — Attraction in Nîmes

We are very grateful for staying here two calm nights under the stars with our camper. No services, you have to be self sufficient with toilet, water and electricity. We are happy welcoming trusting people like them exist. The welcome was friendly. Unfortunately we did not have the chance to try or buy wine, the shop was closed on multiple occasions, but that was no surprise since we were here during Sylvester holidays. We had hoped to experience the nature at the coast with our mountainbikes but it is hard to go off the main roads (everything is private property and has fences). This was a bit of a disappointment but mostly because Google Maps shows paths everywhere but the paths are inaccessible. This is outside the influence of the owners of this sympathetic winery. We hadden een nachtje geslapen bij jullie op het terrein waar we echt enorm van genoten hebben. We haalde een paar van jullie flessen om mee te nemen verder op reis. Vandaag in de zon genieten we van een heerlijke rose en bij het laatste slokje schrikken we even.. er lijkt glas in de fles te zitten en dit had mijn partner bijna op gedronken. We zochten een email adres van de wijngaard op hen hiervan op de hoogte te stellen en dat dit misschien even gecheckt moet worden. (Er zat echt een bodem vol aan glas in) we hebben het gedubbeld checkt en zelfs nog geproefd hebben om uit te sluiten dat het wat anders was. Het betreft de fles met flamingo paard en stier er op.
