We booked our wedding with them in 2019 before COVID and they have outright refused to return our substantial down payment since.

We live in Australia where all international travels were banned. If we had gone to France to have our wedding, as the venue suggested, we wouldn't have been able to come back home!

This company has chosen to keep our hard earned savings and unjustly profit from our circumstances, even though we gave them more than 6 months notice as soon as the COVID crisis emerged.

We understand COVID has been hard for everyone and with most of our other service provider we were able to find a compromise - not with them.
