Extremely rude staff! The establishment gives wrist bands to identify the people who paid the fee to enter and use its facilities. Since it is near the beach, this system allows people to use the beach as well. So my girlfriend and I come back from the beach in the evening, we were initially told directly that the showers are not accessible to us (which was strange after paying the 12 eur fee and furthermore seeing that others with the wristband using the shower), when we questioned the person why this was the case, he gave no reason and said "its like that". It was now that he noticed our wrist bands and says, oh, actually its ok, I see that you have wristbands (we were not asked if we carried them and we ensured that the wristbands were in sight for him to see from the beginning). Anyways, I was a little annoyed that he did not make an effort to ask us for the wrist bands and straight up said facilities were out of access! But to err, is human afterall. The reason I take the trouble to write this negative review is for what happened afterwards: So, full disclosure, it turns out that we entered just beforethe closing time of the establishment and even though the patron was aware that we were going to use the shower he did not indicate that we should hurry. In addition, we were just coming back from the beach and we did not know that it was the case. Since the place was still alive, we did not even sense that this was the case. Once my girlfriend was done with the shower, I entered and within 5 minutes I hear yelling and shouting of a man. Anyways, since it was a cold shower that was meant to wash off the salt and sand I was out within minutes. The account I heard from my girlfriend was disappointing to say the least. -- The patron approached my girlfriend and yelled at her for using the facilities at this hour. She was told that the showers are not meant to be used for 2 hours (wasn't even 10 minutes since we entered) and she was told to "get out".

I don't think it is right on the establishments' part and the patron's part to yell in such a fashion and that too without any warning with regard to the time constraints. If you decide to visit this place, I implore you to carry your watch/phone at all times and ensure that you take the time out of your vacation and keep and eye out at whatever policies they may have. Your vacation day might be ruined by the angry patron for the most flimsiest reason and...

Parc agréable pour se rafraîchir avec les grosses chaleurs de l’été, les toboggans sont sympathiques et familiaux. Cependant énormément de mauvais points à relever. Premièrement, l’hygiène n’est pas irréprochable, les sanitaires sont très sales et ne sentent pas bon, l’eau des bassins regorge de bêtes et n’est pas très claire. Deuxièmement au niveau du waterjump, il est très intéressant avec plusieurs niveaux pour chacun et chacune mais certains des surveillants autour ne sont pas très agréables ( pas tous), à peine la tête sortie de l’eau ils vous sifflent à la figure pour vous pousser à sortir, ce qui est pénible car nous n’avons même pas le temps de profiter du moment quelques secondes. Enfin voilà les points qui feront que je ne retournerai pas dans ce parc. Premièrement il n’y a pas la possibilité de faire entrer de gourdes d’eau d’après les propriétaires eux même dans les commentaires d’un post Facebook, et il n’y a aucun point d’eau potable gratuit à disposition dans le parc ce qui est très très limite en période chaude et surtout illégal. Obligé de payer une bouteille d’eau au snack du parc à des prix en somme onéreux. Et là la cerise sur le gâteau, tous les surveillants portent un t-shirt floqué : « Maître-Nageur » qui est un titre pouvant être porté par des personnes titulaires d’un BPJEPS AAN, ou BEESAN qui sont des formations professionnelles de plusieurs années alors que les surveillants possèdent seulement le BNSSA qui confère le titre de « Nageur-Sauveteur » c’est donc un usage de titre illégal, en exemple c’est comme si un aide soignant portait un t-shirt floqué « Médecin », c’est impossible. C’est puni par l’article 433-17 qui condamne l’usage sans droit d’un titre rattaché à un diplôme officiel. Les nageurs risquent gros, 1 an d’emprisonnement et 15000€ d’amende, bref le parc est dans l’illégalité la plus totale concernant l’eau et les personnes qu’elle emploie. Ce sera tout, en espérant pouvoir un peu mieux façonner votre hésitation si vous comptiez vous rendre...

Katastrophaler Besuch !!! Ich erzähl euch mal Step by step meine Eindrücke und Erfahrungen . Frau mit Kopftuch wurde aus der Schlange „weggeschubst“ ! Wurden als einzige in der Reihe sehr intensiv kontrolliert und beobachtet und das sogar 2 mal !!! Mitarbeiter unglaublich unfreundlich und richtige nichts Könner ! Keiner dort kann ein Wort english nur ihr französisch( dementsprechend auch kommunizieren unmöglich ) Der Ort hat nix zu bieten , 2 Pools wo man schwimmen kann , 3 Kinder rutschen die dringend saniert werden müssen ! Die große Rutsche war ok aber man tut sich 100% weh egal wie du rutschst ! Preise waren unglaublich und nicht zu verstehen , haben für 2 Kinder und 1 Erwachsener 75€ bezahlt !!!???? Kinder 3 Jahre alt und 5 . 2 Mitarbeiter sind uns ständig hinter her gekommen und haben uns nicht aus den Augen gelassen . Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr unwohl gefühlt ( schwarzer großer Mann mit Hut und sein Kollege ca.40 Jahre alt Sonnen Brille und weiße cap ) Wasser dreckig und gestunken , warum ? Ja weil die Toiletten nicht funktionierten und jeder im Becken gepinkelt hat usw . Dort waren liegen mit Matratzen ( nicht beschriftet ) wir lagen dort bis der Kollege kam und uns lautstark des Platzes verwiesen hat mit den Worten ( das ist nur für VIPs)( runter da ) Sorry wenn da nix steht oder gekennzeichnet ist kann man das nicht wissen ( Fotos vom Besuch folgen ) Katastrophaler Tag einfach , Kinder traurig und genervt und der ganze Tag ist für Nüsse !!! Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen Leute !!!!
