Domaine Rière Cadène — Attraction in Perpignan

Visited twice during a one week holiday in June. First was for a tasting where we were able to try and buy some excellent wine for the rest of our holiday. Second visit was for an evening of tapas style food and wine. Both experiences were fantastic. Both are held in a beautiful garden with a bespoke bar area next to the vines. Fantastisk gæstfri vært. Vinbonden Riere Cadene, der er 3 generation på gården, er meget nærværende og hjælpsom. Han producere 150.000 flasker årligt En lille del kommer til Danmark Vi fik lov til at overnatte i camperen og fik et mindeværdigt ophold med vinsmagning og indkøb af såvel hvid som rød vin. Specielt rødvinen L Echalas nød vi meget. Når vi kommer hjem til Danmark vil vi forsøge at finde hans vine. Kommer vi atter på disse kanter, vil vi helt sikkert...
