Not only was he incredibly flexible with timing, but he took the time to explain us everything: from the pruning of the grape tree and the organic techniques used for protecting from pests, to the production and aging of his wines. On top of that we got to taste a bunch of his wines and of course ended up taking a load home because no way you could leave without some more!...
