Cascade du Hohwald — Attraction in Sélestat-Erstein

Nice attraction in the proximity of a parking, 10-15 min walk. The place has a picnic table and a platform for a short break. My family and I went to Holwald waterfall for a hike and it was a fantastic experience. It was an easy hike. For those who likes to have quiet picnic by the waterfall, it is possible as there is a wooden table overlooking the scenic waterfall. A must try if you like a short and easy hike with lovely views...

Qu'est-ce que c'est joli comme endroit ! On grimpe (sec !) en suivant le cours d'eau en aval jusqu'au pied de la cascade, puis jusqu'à son sommet. 2 plateformes avec des bancs sont prévues pour pouvoir en profiter et faire quelques photos. Tout du long, on peut rejoindre l'eau (quelques randonneurs y ont plongé les pieds d'ailleurs) en 3 pas à peine. La forêt autour est vraiment belle et sauvage. C'est une très jolie sortie à faire en famille (même s'il faudra surveiller les plus petits car il n'y a que peu de barrière, c'est d'ailleurs ça qui est bien)

Attention : pas forcément facile à trouver, il faut bien suivre les petits panneaux marrons, d'abord à gauche...
