We went for “flâneries lumineuses”. Great experience to visit this beautiful abbey in night time. The lights made the place amazing. You have possibility to have picnic outside in the garden. This is a beautiful medieval Cistercian Abbey, who's life as a religious centre was ended by the French revolution. It has been lovingly restored and is still peaceful and atmospheric. L'Abbazia di Noirlac, a Bruère-Allichamps, nel dipartimento dello Cher, è una tappa fondamentale del percorso storico Jacques Coeur! Fondata nel XII secolo nel cuore della regione del Berry e sublimata dal suo ambiente naturale fatto di terreni agricoli recintati sulle rive dello Cher, è un eccellente esempio di architettura monastica cistercense.
