Parc Floral d'Apremont-sur-Allier — Attraction in Saint-Amand-Montrond

The Parc Floral d’Apremont is labeled as a ‘Jardin Remarquable’ and I can fully understand why! These beautiful gardens are very well maintained and they have been designed so that everywhere you look there is an interesting view - whether is is the decoratively painted Chinese bridge, the cascading waterfalls, the wisteria walk or the Belvédère set back on higher ground. We visited in October and there were still so many flowers and bushes in bloom - the gardens hold your interest throughout the seasons - with spring flowering bulbs, summer sensations and autumns colours reflecting in the still waters of the lake. Top tip 1: Your ticket for the garden also allows you access to the nearby carriage museum and the castle ramparts (lovely views from the top!) Top tip 2: Even though the park closes for lunch, and again at 18h30, you can stay in the park longer as there is a little side gate that you can leave by. Lieu enchanteur 🤩 Havre de paix. Magnifiques plantes, mises en valeur, soignées, étiquetées, arbres rares et anciens pour certains. Pelouse impeccable où l'on peut marcher, le parc s'offre aux visiteurs sur 5 hectares, avec plusieurs points forts composés de petites constructions sur un thème différent chacune, magnifiquement mises en valeur. Il fait bon s'y promener et de nombreux bancs sont installés de façon à pouvoir se reposer tout en appréciant la vue sur une partie du parc. Nous y avons passé la journée, en sortant juste pour déjeuner. Il y avait ce jour-là, une chasse aux œufs organisée pour les enfants le matin et une l'après-midi, puisque c'était le dimanche de Pâques. C'était très plaisant et surtout extrêmement bien préparé, bravo aux organisateurs de cette journée qui a enchanté de nombreux enfants (et leurs parents 😉) Bravo également à toute l'équipe qui gère ce bel endroit, en dehors du fait que c'est très bien entretenu, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté des lieux, aucun papier par terre, aucun mégots de cigarettes, pas un brin d'herbe qui dépasse et surtout, le calme malgré l'affluence ce jour là. Un jardin extraordinaire à ne surtout pas manquer. Un grand bravo pour ce petit coin...

🌺 Parc Floral d’Apremont-sur-Allier – ein Garten wie aus einem Traum: Der Parc Floral d’Apremont-sur-Allier ist ein echter Schatz mitten in Frankreich – ein Ort, der wirkt, als wäre er aus einem Gemälde entsprungen. Die Gartenanlage ist unglaublich liebevoll gestaltet: Blütentunnel in Rosa, Violett und Weiß, kleine Brücken, verwunschene Wege und kunstvolle Pavillons lassen einen sofort in eine andere Welt eintauchen.

Besonders beeindruckend ist die Kombination aus exotischen Pflanzen, kunstvoller Gartenarchitektur und der natürlichen Schönheit der Loire-Region. Überall duftet es nach Blüten, die Farben sind lebendig und harmonisch – ein Paradies für Pflanzenliebhaber, Romantiker und alle, die Ruhe und Inspiration suchen.

Der Park ist sehr gepflegt, weitläufig und bietet an jeder Ecke neue, liebevoll inszenierte Details. Ob alleine, als Paar oder mit Kindern – ein Spaziergang durch diesen Garten ist ein Erlebnis für alle Sinne.

Ein magischer Ort, der verzaubert – unbedingt besuchen!
