Domaine Tempier — Attraction in Toulon

Our visit to Domaine Tempier was great. Maeva greeted us right in the parking lot and made us feel like valued guests of the estate. The winery is lovely and the wines are memorable and are wines for connoisseurs. The first part of the tasting was in the garden of the estate where we sampled a superb white wine and rosé. The second part of the tasting, accompanied by various things to eat, was in the cellar itself where the wine is aged. The red wines were superb, but we were particularly impressed with the 2006 red wine - it had the memorable taste of a long-aged wine. Five stars are not enough. There were 8 of us visiting Domaine Tempier and the visits have only recently started, but you couldn’t tell that with how professional and genuinely welcoming Maeva was. She was charming, sweet, and hearing her family story was fascinating. The grounds were very well kept, and of course the wine was amazing and served with lovely cheese and charcuterie boards (even with vegan substitutes). Amazing experience at the winery! I really recommend the prestige or the private tasting! It's fully worth the price. We were very well taken care of, the wines fully explained and our questions answered. We visited a lot of wineries during our trip and this was by far the best overall experience. Delicious wines, amazing hospitality and the views are stunning. What do you need more?
