Very nice park. They have an incredible amount of species of birds, many who are on the endangered list. They also have monkeys, lemurs, meerkats, donkeys, etc. I highly recommend going in the afternoon in order to watch feeding time for some of the animals while at the same time hearing information on them followed by a question and answer session. This is really neat for kids of all ages especially because they can feed the donkeys at this time. The gardens are lovely with many different types of species from all over the world. Allow for at least 1 hour 30 minutes to maybe 2 hours in order to see everything. There are also picnic tables so you can bring your lunch and enjoy the nice surroundings. It's 11€ for a ticket to enter the park. I can't say that is expensive because, after all, they have to take care of the animals. Wonderful place for all ages.

Resourceful botanical and faunistic park where to spend a couple of hours , walking through well kept gardens of tropical species of trees , cactus, and bamboos having the pleasure to close encounters to endangered species of Colorful birds , Parrots, Cocktoes ,Peacocks, Calaos, Lemurs, Wallabies, Mangustes, Donkeys, it’s such a pleasant experience if you re interested in learning more about their habitats and habits and appreciate the possibility to interact without breaking their normal routines of captivity. Great place to visit to be aware of preserving the endangered species of the Southern Tropical Countries for adults and children.

I visited this place with my friends and my sister a while back. The first impressions of the ‘tropical garden’ was rather positive until we saw the animals. The pathways were dirty and covered in dead leaves and chains.

As of the animals, they are depressed and were not happy locked up in these repulsive cages. As you look around more the zoological garden you notice how they look even more than depressed, they look desperate for the gentle breeze of freedom.

The only happy animals we saw were the goats and donkeys, LOCAL animals with giant enclosures that they do not necessarily need in contrary to the rest of the TROPICAL animals.

Here is my advice: Do not give this establishment your money or time. These animals are stuck in torturous conditions and are NOT happy where they are. Avoid this place at...
