A lovely park, you can wander around these stones erected 6+ millennia ago. There is a reproduction of what houses properly looked like as well as a wooden plow. Parking is free as well entrance to the stones, if you wish to partake in the lecture then there is a fee. However, it should be noted that the lecture as well signage is only in French. In any case it is well worth the visit and not nearly as many...

This is an absolutely fantastic site for megalithic arrangements. It is both impressive and educational, as the site has taken great care to provide a series of demonstrations and narratives about the megalithic cultures of the area and how the stones were erected. We had the site to ourselves when we came. So if you want to experience something like Carnac without the crowds and restrictions, this is a great...

Free to visit. A walk among the stones, to be able to touch them, to see the old huts and a certain way of living was like a travel through time and an almost mystical experience. The archaeological and natural heritage of Monteneuf’s moorland is amazing. They are close to the Broceliande forest which further adds a certain enchantment to the whole experience of being here.

Well worth stopping off here for a walk through the woods to these ancient standing stones. There is a small visitor building with toilets and some picnic tables nearby. A reconstruction of a Neolithic dwelling and info signs (in French) are all interesting. You can get a good sense of why people settled here all those years ago. Free to visit.
