Gelo's Market San Felipe — Attraction in Chihuahua

Tonight I went into the Gelos location that I love, located off Trasviña y Retes. I used to live over there when I first moved here, so I love to give you guys my business. Everyone at Gelos has been so kind. I went to buy 4 diet cokes, and unfortunately only had $500 peso bill on me. We were waiting in line and the cashier specifically called us over to the other register. But when we got there she saw my husband was holding the $500 pesos bill, and immediately said , “no, no cambió” and just stared at us. So I chuckled and my husband said (in Spanish) said so you don’t want to complete the purchase and would rather have us leave and not make the sale? She said yes. She saw our looks and then said that we could go to the other cashier because she did have change. She made us get out of line and wait again. I asked what h lady’s name was, and was told her name is Elizabet and that she is the night shift supervisor. The cashier that ended up helping us out was so sweet and didn’t mind helping us out. She even seemed embarrassed at how her boss acted. I am utterly mind blown that a supervisor would act like this. She literally turned away your business. I have never experienced someone so rude and unwilling to go above and beyond to do her job. If I had an option, the cashier that worked with her should be the night shift supervisor and this woman should just stock products. Since she doesn’t have a care in the world about her position, me as the client, nor your business as Gelos. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM ELIZABET, however the other lady was phenomenal. Not to mention, it was only 6:30 and she didn’t want to make the sale. Since Gelos closes at 10, she should have been more than willing to get change. She even could have asked the sweet cashier for change. Please give the cashier that worked with her tonight (Wednesday 23/10/24 @ 6:30pm) a promotion or raise. She 10x better than the night shift supervisor Elizabet. Elizabet is not helping your business gain customers, she’s helping...

Siempre había tenido una buena experiencia aquí hasta hoy Miércoles 23/10/2024 a las 18.30 aprox. Nos atendió primero Elizabeth a mi esposa y a mí (que luego me enteré de que era la encargada de turno). Yo traía 4 cocas de dieta americana y cuando llego a la caja, Elizabeth ve que traigo un billete de $500 en la mano y me dice: "no voy a tener cambio". Le pregunté: "¿Entonces aquí las dejo?", me dijo: "sí". Luego, lo pensó un poco y me dijo: "o puede pasar al final de la fila en la otra caja".

Afortunademente, la fila no estaba muy larga y nos atendieron pronto. Recibimos muy buen servicio por parte de la otra señorita (a quien olvidé preguntarle su nombre), pero la experiencia de hoy fue pésima. Tengo yendo más de 25 años (desde niño) a esta tienda y nunca había...

Es el mejor lugar para encontrar productos comestibles de todo tipo y para toda ocasión: tienen de importación, empaquetados artesanalmente para regalito, comida para llevar, dulces artesanales y de importación, bebidas con y sin alcohol, pasteles, pays, repostería fina, abarrotes, carnicería y mucho más. La instalación es moderna y agradable, puedes durar escogiendo de todo cómodamente. Los costos en mi opinión son adecuados pero si son superiores a los de cualquier super. En cuanto a atención algunas de las jovencitas que atienden son muy amables y otras no, seria lo ÚNICO que sugeriría como mejora, me han atendido jovencitos y...
