Anaklia Beach — Attraction in Anaklia

Place from the novel : post apocalyptic views of super cool but abandoned promenade. And it all belongs just to you! Difficult enough to find such retreats in our crazy world…

Especially in the evening it looks magical, when all these green lights are on. And the sunsets 🌅 OMG! It’s f…ng perfect 😍 Anaklia is 100% paradise for families with children and peaceful camping 🏕️ And it has the aqua park, small but functional. We had one whole day there and I would repeat it again. Maybe next year:)

We stayed at the Anaklia hotel and I can highly recommend it as an accommodation for even few weeks — first line with awesome views, clean and neat rooms, delicious breakfasts and dinners, pool is clean and spacious. Lava cakes are my special recommendation!!!👍 So, in general it looks like a gem in the middle of nowhere for hideaway seekers 🏝️

Strange place because sort of unfinished business & buildings. The beach is just ok although to be fair we were only passing through. Anaklia town & is seaside resort in located at the mouth of the Enguri River as it flows into the Black Sea. Historically, it dates back to the mid-Bronze Age as part of the Colchian culture and has served as a fortified port town, trading post, and Ottoman outpost over the centuries. Apparently there are ambitious development plans—including attempts to rival Batumi as a Black Sea resort and that has resulted in many half-finished hotels and...
