This place is wonderful and fascinating. The lake itself asks you to stay there forever :) It takes one full day to climb down to the lake and consider coming back as well, cause there is no camping place down. We left our backpacks at the very top of mountain and went down the hill. Thats why we managed going down and up in 1 day. On top of the mountain there are little springs and great area for a tent to place. Grass is very high. Best of luck with spending your summer in Georgia
