Please, do NOT visit this place that has a so called “live animal zoo” inside.

By spending money here, you’re directly financing animal hell on Earth. The animals are kept in horrific conditions confined in tiny, cramped spaces that are far too small for them to live in with any dignity or health. There is no regard for their well-being, their natural behaviors, or even their most basic needs.

No animal deserves to live like this, trapped behind glass for human entertainment in misery and neglect. What this shop is doing is not just unethical, it’s inhumane. Please, don’t support cruelty.

Negative and disappointing experience at the contact zoo in Tbilisi Mall. While the animals appeared clean, the overall facility had a noticeable smell, which detracted from the experience. Space allocated for some species seemed inadequate. The rules were particularly frustrating and even stupid. They insisted on charging for every child above 1 year old, which seemed excessive. I faced a ridiculous policy where parents couldn't even substitute each other. when I needed to step out briefly and asked my wife to take my place, she was refused entry. Kids had a lot of fun getting in touch with animals and feeding them. There were some unsaid rules though and the staff were not friendly when we didn’t know about them.
