Das Schloss Stietencron im Ortsteil Schötmar wurde 1729 erbaut und gehört zu den Denkmälern der Stadt Bad Salzuflen. Es wurde in den letzten 10 Jahren außen und innen saniert und sieht dementsprechen gut aus. In dem Gebäude befindet sich die Musikschule welche die Räume nutzt und Räume für Tagungen. Außerdem werden hier Trauungen durchgeführt. Zum Schloss gehört ein größerer Schlosspark der zu Spazierengehen einlädt. Im Schlosspark gibt es auch noch ein Mausoleum und den Friedhof...
