Schiffshebewerke Niederfinow — Attraction in Britz-Chorin-Oderberg

Deutsch + English + Français + Türkçe 08.04.2023 Wir waren heute zum zweiten mal dort. Das erste mal war im August 2006. Wir wollten uns das neue Hebewerk anschauen. Als erstes ist mir aufgefallen, das sich um die Hebewerke herum viel verändert hat. So gibt es jetzt reichlich Parkplätze, für Busse, Wohnmobile und PKW's. Das Parken mit dem PKW kostet 3 Euro den Tag. Es gibt 4 Gaststätten mit vielen Tischen und Stühlen. Die Auswahl der Speisen und Getränke ist reichhaltig! Die Preise sind für mein Empfinden zu teuer! Das Personal ist freundlich aber etwas unkoordiniert. Wir hatten bei COFFEE FELLOWS einen Bagel Vegan Schawarma, zwei Blaubeer Muffins, zwei Latte Makiato und eine heiße Schokolade bestellt. Die Muffins haben wir sofort auf einen Teller zum dort essen bekommen. Der Bagel wurde warm gemacht. Aber leider haben wir dann 13 min. auf die Latte und die heiße Schokoladen gewartet. In der Zwischenzeit war der Bagel kalt. Vor Ort gibt es Toiletten, kosten aber Geld. Die Preise für die Eintrittskarten + Führung für das neue Hebewerk findet Ihr auf der Website! Das alte Hebewerke ist auch noch in Betrieb! Fazit: Das Schiffshebewerk überbrückt einen Höhenunterschied von 38 Meter. Wer das noch nicht gesehen hat, es ist sehr interessant das Mal zu sehen und ist einen Ausflug allemal Wert! 04/08/2023 We were there for the second time today. The first time was in August 2006. We wanted to see the new lift. The first thing I noticed was that a lot has changed around the lifts. There are now plenty of parking spaces for buses, mobile homes and cars. Parking by car costs 3 euros per day. There are 4 restaurants with plenty of tables and chairs. The selection of food and drinks is rich! The prices are too expensive in my opinion! The staff is friendly but a bit uncoordinated. At COFFEE FELLOWS we ordered a Bagel Vegan Schawarma, two Blueberry Muffins, two Latte Makiato and a hot chocolate. We immediately got the muffins on a plate to eat there. The bagel was warmed up. But unfortunately we then waited 13 minutes for the latte and the hot chocolate. Meanwhile the bagel was cold. There are toilets on site, but they cost money. The prices for the tickets + guided tour for the new lift can be found on the website! The old lift is still in operation! Conclusion: The ship lift bridges a height difference of 38 meters. If you haven't seen it yet, it's very interesting to see and it's definitely worth a trip! 04/08/2023 Nous y étions pour la deuxième fois aujourd'hui. La première fois, c'était en août 2006. Nous voulions voir le nouvel ascenseur. La première chose que j'ai remarquée, c'est que beaucoup de choses ont changé autour des remontées mécaniques. Il y a maintenant de nombreuses places de stationnement pour les bus, les mobil-homes et les voitures. Le parking en voiture coûte 3 euros par jour. Il y a 4 restaurants avec plein de tables et de chaises. Le choix de plats et de boissons est riche! Les prix sont trop chers à mon avis! Le personnel est sympathique mais un peu désorganisé. Chez COFFEE FELLOWS, nous avons commandé un Bagel Vegan Schawarma, deux Blueberry Muffins, deux Latte Makiato et un chocolat chaud. Nous avons immédiatement eu les muffins sur une assiette pour y manger. Le bagel était réchauffé. Mais malheureusement, nous avons ensuite attendu 13 minutes pour le café au lait et le chocolat chaud. Pendant ce temps, le bagel était froid. Il y a des toilettes sur place, mais elles coûtent de l'argent. Les tarifs des billets + visite guidée de la nouvelle remontée sont consultables sur le site internet! L'ancien ascenseur est toujours en activité! Conclusion : L'ascenseur à bateaux comble un dénivelé de 38 mètres. Si vous ne l'avez pas encore vu, c'est très intéressant à voir et ça vaut...

This could be 5 star + We paid 5€ to walk around the old boat lift. Unfortunately all the information boards were in German or Polish. It was amazing to see the huge structure and to see how it worked lifting the boats, both were still in use. However, I found the whole experience a bit of a money spinner, you have to pay to park, pay to activate the App, pay to use the toilet and the only way to see the new boat lift is with a tour guide, but that's only in German! With all this money they are generating they could put some English information out. There is a small information centre which is free to enter and they had information boards on how it was erected and fortunately it was in English too 👍.
