Höllenlöcher — Attraction in Dettingen an der Erms

Great place for a hike and some "free climbing", if you're into it.

I think the closest parking lot is at the Naturfreundehaus. Follow the road past Netto across the railway and soon you'll find signs for NFH / Naturfreundehaus.

The place itself can be reached on a bicycle - however it's not suitable to get through the Höllenloch with a bicycle. You can leave the bicycle nearby and explore the area by foot.

You can get some great views over the nearby towns if you're willing to engage in minor climbing.

Overall it's just a nice quiet place with some interesting rock formations. Other than that a lot of walking, some spots with a good view, but nothing to get too...

This hike is more about the destination than the trail itself. There are multiple ways to get to the rocks. The rock formations themselves are really beautiful and I would recommend taking the walk to go see them. They are not difficult to reach, and if you stay on the roads through the woods they can be reached...
