Great place for a hike and some "free climbing", if you're into it. I think the closest parking lot is at the Naturfreundehaus. Follow the road past Netto across the railway and soon you'll find signs for NFH / Naturfreundehaus. The place itself can be reached on a bicycle - however it's not suitable to get through the Höllenloch with a bicycle. You can leave the bicycle nearby and explore the area by foot. You can get some great views over the nearby towns if you're willing to engage in minor climbing. Overall it's just a nice quiet place with some interesting rock formations. Other than that a lot of walking, some spots with a good view, but nothing to get too excited about.

This hike is more about the destination than the trail itself. There are multiple ways to get to the rocks. The rock formations themselves are really beautiful and I would recommend taking the walk to go see them. They are not difficult to reach, and if you stay on the roads through the woods they can be reached with a stroller.

Die Route durch die Höllenlöcher führt vom breiten Weg ab, es geht hinunter zu einer Metalleiter. Auf ihr ein paar Meter hinunter auf den Grund der Schlucht. Von dort führt eine weitere Leiter wieder hinaus. Aber nicht aus der Schlucht, lediglich aus dem ersten Loch. Stattdessen findet man sich einfach nur eine Ebene höher wieder. Der Schluchtgrund ist hier von großen Brocken übersät. Die eigentliche Route führt nun links um einen hohen Felsturm herum. Wir dagegen entschieden uns, ihn zunächst zu erklettern, und dann rechts davon wieder auf den Grund der Schlucht hinunterzusteigen (II). Danach folgten wir den Schluchtverlauf, bis diese oben im Wald ausläuft.
