It is oriented from south to north in the water meadows near the source of the stream in part of the northern Palatinate Forest known as the Stumpfwald.

Didn’t spend nearly as much time here as I’d have liked but definitely is a great spot. Came with my three kids aged 5,3, and 1.5 years. We parked at the main road (not realizing there was a lot closer) and walked toward the hotel signs. Got to the hotel and saw the pond/dock, lawn to sit out on, and then the playground, which was a hit. Seems like there were many trails to explore. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice place around kaiserslautern to hang out for half a day. There is even row boat available for 8euro per hour. It's around 25 km from kaiserslautern.
