This is a charming walking path around a pond with a few playground areas, farm animal enclosures, and many (faded) educational signs. I came here today on a warm October weekday afternoon with my three children ages 5,3,2 years; all of them walked the entire path without difficulty. We parked at the small free gravel parking lot (which can accommodate maybe 5-7 cars) that is located exactly at the placement of this pin, then walked through the gate and took the path between two animals pastures containing sheep. Of note, just after the parking lot there is a path on the right that leads to a grassy area with a slide, that we did not walk down that path. After we walked straight about 100m from the parking lot, we came upon a playground with a water feature, two spring rides, and a picnic table. From there we continued along the path which brought us past the bathrooms, then went left which took us along the path in a clockwise direction around the pond. This brought us to a large metal slide that my kids enjoyed for a few minutes then past an observation deck and many more informational signs, most of which are quite faded. I would guess the entire circular path is about 1 km, and is mostly stroller friendly except for two staircases that I can remember (but they could probably be carefully maneuvered over) but walking was more than manageable even for my two year old. I would not say this is a must see tourist destination by any means, but if you are looking to spend some time in nature with your kids on an easy enjoyable walk, this is a great...
