Uns wurde am Telefon geschildert das Führungen alle 45 Minuten stattfinden. Wir sind also nach der Aussage das wir einfach kommen können nach Friedrichroda gefahren. Wir sind angekommen um 12:20 Uhr in der Annahme, dass die nächste Führung bald beginnt. Uns wurde Vorort dann schließlich gesagt das alle Plätze ausverkauft sind und dass die nächste Möglichkeit um 16:15 Uhr bestehen würde. Als wir schilderten, dass wir angerufen haben und uns versichert wurde dass wir ohne Probleme Tickets bekommen sollten sagte der Angestellte, dass wie gesagt alles ausverkauft ist und man aber telefonisch auch keine Karten bestellen kann. Es sind viele Personen also wieder gegangen unter anderem auch welche, die am vorherigen Tag schon mehrere Versuche gestartet haben oder Personen die von Erfurt extra angereist waren. Es ist eine Frechheit so vielen Besuchern Versprechungen zu machen, diese nicht zu halten und sogar zu lügen. Die Höhle haben wir also nicht zu Gesicht bekommen, so wie viele andere auch. Wenn man in der Nähe wohnt mag es sich vielleicht trotzdem lohnen, aber wenn man von weiter weg extra hierher fährt sollte man gut darüber nachdenken, ob es sich wirklich lohnt. Dies ist eine sehr interessante Höhle, die Führungen dauern ungefähr 45 Minuten, das ist sehr angenehm, nicht zu lang und nicht zu kurz. Der Preis mit 7,50 € pro Erwachsenen ist angemessen. Sehr schade ist, dass es auch hier zu Personalmangel kommt. So war es leider so, dass wir 10:30 Uhr zur ersten Führung hier waren, die erste Führung aber erst 11:30 Uhr stattfand. Das war am Vorabend noch nicht auf der Homepage zu lesen, erst am Morgen, hatte man es auf der Homepage vermerkt. Da haben wir natürlich nicht noch mal hingeschaut. Wir entschieden uns dann am Nachmittag wiederzukommen, um eine der nächsten Führungen wahrzunehmen. Um kurz vor 14 Uhr kamen wir oben an, die nächste Führung wurde für 14:30 Uhr angekündigt. Als wir dann schon mal Karten kaufen wollten, wurde uns gesagt, dass die nächste Führung aber erst 15:30 Uhr stattfindet wegen Personalmangel...dadurch läuft man mehrere Male bis hoch zur Höhle um dort dann festzustellen, dass man die Führung nicht wie geplant...
