Bobbahn Donnstetten — Attraction in Gemeindeverwaltungsverband Bad Urach

I visited on a sunny Sunday and, found myself in a pretty long queue. The wait definitely outlasted the ride itself—but the staff were genuinely friendly, and the Alpine coaster was a lot of fun once you’re on it.

It’s not the biggest coaster in the region, nor the best view, but it’s a great little activity to break up your day. Very safe, clean, fun for kids. Free big parking place and beautiful scenery. Small kiosk with lots of8 tables and seats, 4 food menus that I have not tried (few tried). The only downside is that Bobbahn is too short. 5 minute ride ( 3 minutes claim and 2 minutes or less sliding down). Also 15 minutes line waiting on a crowded day. Overall a fun experience...

Wir haben gestern (Ferien in BW) die Bobbahn besucht, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Insgesamt hat es uns richtig gut gefallen, der Parkplatz ist riesig, man kann Rucksäcke gut im Auto lassen und bei Bedarf holen, es sind nur wenige Meter (bei uns 10) bis zur Bahn. Die Preise sind okay und es ist insgesamt sehr entspannt dort. Kein Andrang und kaum Wartezeit vor den Fahrten, bei uns 2 bis 3 Minuten. Die Mitarbeiter sind bis auf eine Ausnahme sehr entspannt und nett. Und diese Ausnahme ist auch der Grund, warum es nur 4 Sterne gibt. Wir haben ganz zum Schluss und nachdem wir deutlich über 100 Euro für die Fahrten, für Eis und Getränke ausgegeben haben, noch einen mitgebrachten Snack und Wasser auf der Terrasse eingenommen. Bis wir von der Mitarbeiterin sehr unfreundlich aufgefordert wurden, die Sachen sofort wegzupacken. Nichts gegen die Aufforderung an sich, aber die Unfreundlichkeit muss echt nicht sein.
