If you're coming from the old town of Leonberg, it's about an 800-meter walk to the Engelbergturm, and then another 1.2 kilometers along a beautiful flat path to the entrance of Gerlinger Heide. The area is spacious and perfect for walking. It's quite peaceful, with birds singing all along the way. There are plenty of benches where you can take a rest.

Sehr schönes Naturschutzgebiet. Ideal zum Spazieren, Entspannen und Verweilen.

Es gibt einen schönen Rundkurs und ein paar Abzweigungen. So kann man schnell das gesamte Gebiet überblicken.

Sitzbänke und Mülleimer sind vorhanden.

Meist ist die Heide nicht sehr voll, wodurch man in Ruhe unterwegs sein kann.

Parken vor Ort ist kein Problem. Es gibt...
