Schutzhütte mit Blick über das Glottertal. Sehr schöne Schutzhütte. Als wir oben angekommen sind haben wir diverse Hinterlassenschaften vorheriger Besucher gefunden. 3 Flaschen guter Glottertaler Wein und 1 Flasche Vodka - natürlich leer- sowie den dazugehörigen Müll. Im laufe unseres Besuchs der Hütte ist noch eine 10 Köpfige Geburtstagsgesellschaft dazugestoße. Mit voller Lautstärke. Also Achtung, diese Hütte scheint von Locals sehr gerne als Partyspot genutzt zu werden. Und auch das Feuer machen dort oben ist verboten ! Auch wenn sich nicht...

Desde Thomas - Hütte de puede apreciar múltiples pueblos que rodean el cambio de la selva negra. Ubicado en el ladera de la montaña su posición hace que la visita sea muy amplia en todas las direcciones. Super Ausblickspunkt auf die umliegenden Berge des Südschwarzwaldes, wie Hochfirst, Feldberg, Blauen, Belchen, Schauinsland. Schutzhütte liegt über 1000m hoch, 1,5 km südlich vom Berggifel Kandel 1263m ü.NN. Für Rundwanderungen Ausgangspunkte: Glottertal, Waldkirch, oder von der Ostseite Sägendobel oberhalb von Oberglotterbadtal.
