Short walk, big views—absolutely worth...

Viel Grünes am Stadtrand von Hamburg. Der Müllberg ist heute einfach ein Berg, stark bewaldet, oben "Glatze" mit guter Aussicht rundum. Mehrere Wege gehen nach oben, wer Zeit hat, möge die ausgebauten Wege nehmen, wer keine Zeit hat, kann einen der "Steilaufstieg" nehmen. Oben ist SEHR VIEL Platz, man kann gut Picknick machen. Essen und Trinken muss man komplett mitbringen, es gibt keinen Verkaufsstand oder dergleichen. Am Fuße des Berges sind zwei große Parkplätze an einer größeren Strasse, Richtung Poppenbüttel ist eine weitereParkmöglichkeit an einer Sackgasse. Von allen drei Stellen kann man auf den Berg steigen. Von den beiden größeren Parkplätzen kommt man leicht außerdem an einen See zu Füßen des Berges, im den man sehr schön wandern kann, ca. 30 min für eine Umrundung, Natur pur, nur wenige kleinere Bänke. In Summe: ideal für einen kleinen Sonntagsspaziergang (dann mit Auto bis zum Parkplatz) oder für einen ganzen Nachmittag und/oder Abend mit Blick in den Sonnenuntergang...

Very beautiful Lake. The view is just wonderful and the vibe is very relaxing. Although you can fish at this spot, im not sure if you can jump in the lake. I would jump in if it were warm enough. But just go there. great for running , biking and make sure you climn the hill. All the images...
